Senior Investigator

Chloe is a Senior Investigator with expertise advising on and conducting complex and sensitive employment investigations. Prior to joining Justitia, Chloe gained more than a decade of experience as a senior employment lawyer (admitted in England and Wales) in both top-tier private practice and in-house roles. As a senior employment lawyer, Chloe advised on the full spectrum of workplace issues, across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on complex employment matters in international organisations.

As a workplace investigator, Chloe specialises in conducting effective, impartial and procedurally fair investigations across a range of matters, including allegations of bullying, misconduct and sexual harassment. She adopts a pragmatic and trauma-informed approach, ensuring investigations are conducted with sensitivity, fairness and integrity.

Chloe is known for building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and developing a deep understanding of their organisations to deliver trusted and practical outcomes.

Chloe has experience working primarily with large private sector clients across a broad range of sectors. As a Senior Investigator at Justitia, she specialises in conducting workplace investigations across a range of matters, including allegations of bullying, misconduct and sexual harassment.

Experience and expertise

Recent examples of work undertaken by Chloe include:

  • Conducting a complex investigation into allegations of sexual harassment against a senior executive in the Tech industry
  • Investigating misconduct and breach of policy allegations against multiple respondents in the Real Estate sector
  • Investigating serious allegations of sexual misconduct under the Reportable Conduct Scheme
  • Supporting in-house investigators to redesign their internal investigations process globally, to create a more robust and procedurally fair process, including templates and guidance documents
  • Designing and delivering tailored training programs for a wide range of clients

Professional and community engagement

Chloe has designed and led a legal internship programme for legal students from diverse backgrounds. She has also contributed to pro bono legal centres and provided mentoring to aspiring legal professionals.
