In each session of Just Ask Justitia, we provide free, timely and practical responses to questions posed by our community.
Session 9 of Just Ask Justitia was held on Monday 16 August 2021.
This session was hosted by Taboka Finn (Special Counsel) and Kelly Ralph (Senior Associate). They dicussed the steps employers and employees can take to prevent and address sexual harassment in the workplace as it remains prevalent in Australian workplaces.
They also covered the changes proposed in the Sex Discrimination and Fair Work (Respect at Work) Amendment Bill 2021 that is currently before parliament.
