Stephanie’s experience includes advising on employment contracts, entitlements under a Modern Award or Industrial Instrument, performance management, disciplinary matters, redundancy, discrimination and termination.
Stephanie has also worked on collective matters and participated in enterprise bargaining and assisted with the drafting of clauses in enterprise agreements.
She has worked on claims before the Fair Work Commission and Federal Court.
Recent examples of work undertaken by Stephanie include:
- Participating in enterprise bargaining negotiations with a large multi-national employer;
- Advising on various employment issues in relation to employment disputes, including unfair dismissals, general protections, underpayment and discrimination claims;
- Advising on complex contract of employment clauses particularly, in relation to restraint of trade and intellectual property; and
- Researching and drafting submissions for the 4-yearly review of the Professional Employees Award 2010.
Stephanie is a member of the Industrial Relations Society of Victoria and the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV), including the Young Lawyers Committee and the Law Reform Committee within the LIV.
