We are proud of our points of difference:
- We leave our egos at the door
- We strive for sustainable outcomes
- We support rather than compete with each other
- We are empathetic
About you
You should have a law degree, 3+ years of experience either conducting or advising on workplace investigations, and be available to work a minimum equivalent of three days per week. We require flexibility – sometimes we will need you to work a little more than your regular hours, but you’ll get time off in lieu for the work that you do.
At Justitia, you will be conducting a variety of workplace investigations, preliminary assessments and workplace reviews. Skills and experience in any of the following areas would be valued:
- the application of procedural fairness principles to workplace investigations
- conducting complex and sensitive workplace investigations into matters such as bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination
- conducting investigations under the Reportable Conduct Scheme
- the application of whistleblower and protected disclosure legislation to workplace investigations
- conducting investigations for the public sector
You do not need to have all of the above skillsets, but you must have:
- excellent writing and analytical skills;
- an ability to work collaboratively and when required, autonomously;
- an ability to manage multiple matters with often competing deadlines; and
- an interest and capacity to be client-focused.
If you join our team, you can expect to be mentored and supported in order to thrive at work.
