

Madeleine is valued member of Justitia’s workplace Investigation’s team. Madeleine’s governance background has helped hone her understanding and practical application of processes. She has project management skills that support the firm’s larger projects that require the tracking of data and detail, whilst also being able to identify big picture themes and risk issues.
Recent examples of work undertaken by Madeleine include:
- Conducting interviews and desktop reviews as part of scoping processes for workplace review.
- Assisting with local government workplace investigation.
- Drafting training materials for HR practitioners on how to conduct a workplace investigation.
- Assisting with the review and drafting of a Councillor Code of Conduct.
Madeleine is a member of the Australasian Association of Workplace Investigators (AAWI), the Governance Institute of Australia and the Australia Institute of Project Managers. Madeleine is also a board member at a Victorian primary school.
