Why choose this Masterclass?

At Justitia, we know workplace investigations. We understand that conducting an independent investigation as an external counsel investigator can be quite different from conducting an investigation as an internal human resources or compliance professional.

Internal investigators need to ensure their independence, manage internal pressures around timeliness and outcomes, and carry out work that is complex and requires a range of decisions to be made. Investigations need to be carried out in a way to enable the employer to make fair and defensible disciplinary decisions. This programme therefore focuses on the key challenges relating to scoping and drafting allegations, assessing available evidence and drafting clear and concise reports.
