About the role

The role is responsible for most aspects of the administration of the Justitia office. This includes general administration, IT, marketing and HR support as required, to contribute to the smooth running of the office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a firm that is in a period of growth. Our team of lawyers is relatively self-sufficient from an administration perspective, but we have now grown to a size that we need a dedicated member of the team to help manage the operational side of the practice. We are looking to stream-line our internal processes so that we are working more efficiently and effectively. We also want to improve our marketing strategy and build our brand in the market.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a desire to work in a boutique environment and gain satisfaction in collaborating with a close knit and supportive team of mostly women. An ideal candidate will have an understanding of professional services and be comfortable with office software and office management systems, as well as the mechanics of building and developing a business. Critical to this role are exceptional organisational, interpersonal, communication and time management skills. Success in the role requires the flexibility to support numerous competing priorities. Because our lawyers are often busy, the person will need to be able to show initiative, work independently and know when to escalate a question or seek guidance.
